A unique soft, flexible bread, fully baked to perfection in an authentic stone oven to a light and delicate texture.

  • Store in a freezer between –18°C and –21°C for up to 12 months. 
  • Oven thawed, cover or reseal in film or foil, refrigerate at 0.4°C and consume within 14 days
  • Do not refreeze once thawed

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C, cook for approx. 1 min 30 sec 

Toasted/ Grill: 1 min
