These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven. If frozen, defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken thighs from the vacuum pouch and put into an oven tray and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes remove from the oven, turn over the chicken and return to the oven. Cook the chicken thighs until a core temperature of 82°C has been achieved.
Pan / Griddle: Place each chicken thigh onto a hot griddle or into a hot pan with a little oil. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached, turning as necessary.
