Thawing: Remove the Pastourma from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Pan-Fry: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the for 1-2 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.
Grill: Place on a preheated grill for a few minutes until lightly charred.
Oven: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes for a crisp texture.
