PRODUCT INFORMATION
Based around a Jalfrezi, tomatoes, peppers onions and a fantastic spicy kick give one of the Nation’s favourite curries a fusion that’s been a hit on street food markets up and down the country.

- Shelf life is 18 months from production date.
- Product requires defrosting thoroughly before cooking.
- Must be used within 24 hours of thawing.
COOKING GUIDELINES
These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven.
Defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Empty the chicken and sauce into an oven dish and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes remove from the oven, stir and return to the oven. Cook the chicken until a core temperature of 82°C has been achieved.
