Deep Fry: For best results deep fry from frozen. Pre– heat oil to 180°C. Lower the chicken steak into the oil and deep fry for approx. 3minutes. Drain and serve.
Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray, heat in the centre of a pre – heated oven 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 10-12 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
