HOT & SPICY CHICKEN FILLET 2KG

For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:

Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray, heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven, 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 20-22minutes, turning half way through cooking. 

Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil at 180°C for 5-6 minutes. Drain well before serving. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.
