If frozen, defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking. 

Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken from its packaging and place onto an oven tray. Place the tray in the oven and cook for 35 - 40 minutes. Ensure the product has been thoroughly cooked and is piping hot before serving.
