PRODUCT INFORMATION
A premium product, a mix of thigh and breast that’s hand trimmed and sliced to 10-12mm. Great in wrap, baguette or in your slow cooked stews!
Hot & Spicy - A gentle tomato base gives the perfect stage for Hot & Spicy to shine, with chilli, garlic and pepper...its a fiery kick backed up with tonnes of taste!

COOKING GUIDELINES
These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven.
If frozen, defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken from the vacuum pouch and put into an oven tray and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes remove from the oven and stir the chicken then return to the oven. Cook the chicken until a core temperature of 82°C has been achieved.
Pan / Griddle: Place chicken onto a hot griddle or into a hot pan with a little oil. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached, stirring as necessary.
