Battered Chicken Breast Bites (400g)

For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:-

Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil 180°C for 5-6 minutes. Drain before serving.

Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 6. Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 15-16 minutes.

Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.

Chicken (69%), Coating [Wheat Flour, Starch(Wheat , Corn and Tapioca), Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Raising Agents (E450 and E500), Sugar, Rice Bran Oil, Pepper, Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Colour (E160c)], Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt.
