Authentic white cheese made in Cyprus from goat and sheep milk. Grilled, fried or grated, it's perfect as a vegetarian burger, in pasta, salads or simply as it comes.

Store in a freezer between –18°C and –21°C for up to 12 months
Do not refreeze once defrosted

COOKING GUIDELINES

Defrost before cooking.

Grill: Preheat the grill for 5 minutes at a medium heat. Grill for 8 - 10 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
