PRODUCT INFORMATION

Skinless boneless pacific Cod fillets coated in a tempura coating. 

 

Store in a freezer at -18°C or below

Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Pack size: 2x250g 

COOKING GUIDELINES

These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven.

Remove all packing prior to cooking. Cook from frozen.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 2200C/2000C Fan/Gas Mark 7. Place the product on a pre-heated baking tray and cook for 18 – 20 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking time. 

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 1750C. Place the product in the oil and fry for 7 - 8 minutes. Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot prior to serving.

Pacic Cod (Gadus macrocephalus) (Fish) (60.0%), Coating (40.0%) (Flour: Wheat , Yellow Corn; Starch, Salt, Yeast Extract, Rice Bran Oil, Black Pepper, Dextrose, Emulsier: Diphosphates; Raising Agent: Sodium Carbonates; Sunower Oil, Yeast, Sugar), Palm Oil.
