PRODUCT INFORMATION

Traditional Cypriot dish made from minced pork meat, seasoned with herbs and spices, wrapped in caul fat to form small, sausage-like shapes.

COOKING GUIDELINES

Thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. 

Grilling or Barbecuing: Preheat your grill or barbecue to a medium-high heat. Place the Sheftalia on the grill or barbecue, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the meat is fully cooked through. The Sheftalia should be browned and slightly crispy on the outside. 

 

Pan: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the Sheftalia for about 5-7 minutes on each side, ensuring the meat is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
