• Product must be stored between –18°C and –21°C. • Shelf life is 12 months from production date. • Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Product must be thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before consumption. Preparation: Remove product from packaging before heating.
Frying Pan: Fry on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Microwave: Place product in microwave for 10-12 minutes (750W).
Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
