Frozen, fully cooked, hand-cut and spicy coated chicken breast fillets.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:-
Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray, heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven, 200°C (Gas Mark 6) for 20-22minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil at 180°C for 5-6 minutes. Drain well before serving.
Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.
