MEXICAN CHICKEN BURRITO (1KG)

These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven.

Defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking. 

Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Empty the chicken and sauce into an oven dish and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes remove from the oven, stir and return to the oven. Cook the chicken until a core temperature of 82°C has been achieved.
