For best results cook from frozen.
All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:
Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray. Heat in centre of a pre-heated oven 200°C / Gas Mark 6 for approx. 18-20minutes, turning half way through cooking.
Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil 180°C for 6 minutes. Drain well before serving. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.
