PRODUCT INFORMATION

 A highly seasoned pork and chicken sausage that is bright red in colour. This versatile ‘spicy’ sausage can be eaten with chips, but also in a sandwich accompanied with pease pudding, stuffing, mustard and/or gravy.

  • Pack size: 1 x 8
  • Product must be stored between –18°C and –21°C.
  • Shelf life is 12 months from production date.
  • Once defrosted, keep chilled and use within 2 days.

COOKING GUIDELINES

For best results defrost and cook from chilled. All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:

 

Place the saveloys in cold water and slowly bring up to temperature. allow them to heat through and reach a temperature of 82°C.

Ensure the  product is throughly cooked before serving.
