All appliances vary so the following are guidelines:
DEEP FRY: Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 4-5 minutes. Drain well before serving.
OVEN HEAT: Place on a baking tray. Heat in the center of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas Mark 6 for 22-24 minutes. Turning halfway through cooking. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached.
