Tender, juicy and tasty, our skinless, boneless whole chicken thigh fillets are a foodie favourite. At 90g-110g they’re perfect in a burger or as your centre of plate protein.

COOKING GUIDELINES
These are guidelines only as cooking times may vary depending on the oven.
If frozen, defrost the chicken thoroughly before cooking.
Oven Cook: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the chicken thighs from the vacuum pouch and put into an oven tray and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes remove from the oven, turn over the chicken and return to the oven. Cook the chicken thighs until a core temperature of 82°C has been achieved.
Pan / Griddle: Place each chicken thighs onto a hot griddle or into a hot pan with a little oil. Cook until a core temperature of 82°C is reached, turning as necessary.
