For best results cook from frozen. Remove product from packaging.
Frying Pan: Fry on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes
Microwave: Place product in microwave for 4-5 minutes (800W).
Oven: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Cook for 7 minutes.
